Most reviews are completed and sent back to you on WhatsApp within a few hours during business hours (10 AM – 8 PM IST). Complex warranty escalations can take a little longer as we prepare proper justification.

If our review doesn't identify any savings or unnecessary items on your first case, we refund our fee in full — that's our 100% money-back guarantee.

No one can guarantee a dealer or manufacturer's final decision. What we do guarantee is a proper technical review and a well-justified case to support your claim, which meaningfully improves your chances of a fair outcome.

You can pay securely via the payment link we share on WhatsApp after you submit your case, using UPI, cards or net banking. FairCare Annual subscribers are billed once a year.
